MCA Reappointed to Hull City Council’s Professional Services Framework

We’re pleased to confirm that MCA has once again been appointed to Kingston upon Hull City Council’s Engineering & Regeneration Professional Services Framework. Our reappointment covers three Lots:

  • Lot 1a – Bridges and Structures Planned Programme Delivery We will support planned bridge works through Principal Designer duties, NEC project management, Quantity Surveying, statutory approvals and technical reviews.
  • Lot 1b – Bridges and Structures General Professional Services Our work includes feasibility studies, environmental and ground investigation reporting, structural assessments (including abnormal loads) and wider planning and statutory advice.
  • Lot 3a – Building Construction We will provide multidisciplinary building design and surveying services, Principal Designer duties, flood and drainage assessments, feasibility work, ecological surveys and BIM consultancy.

The framework brings together a wide range of professional and technical services to support the development, maintenance and modernisation of Hull’s built environment, including:

  • Capital programme delivery
  • Asset management and maintenance
  • CDM 2015 and Building Regulations compliance
  • BIM and modern methods of construction
  • Feasibility studies, environmental assessments and statutory approvals

Our reappointment is a strong endorsement of the expertise and collaborative approach we bring to every project. We look forward to continuing our work with Hull City Council and supporting the delivery of safe, resilient and future‑ready infrastructure and buildings across the city.
