Mason Clark Associates appointed to EN:Procure's Gen-4 Consultancy Framework

Mason Clark Associates is proud to announce our successful appointment to the EN:Procure Construction Consultancy Services Framework (Gen-4), following the official award publication on the government portal.

We have been appointed to all seven Lots we applied for, which cover a broad range of professional consultancy disciplines:

• Lot 1 – Employers Agent and/or Project Manager Services
• Lot 2 – Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• Lot 5 – Structural and Civil Engineering
• Lot 6 – Building Surveying
• Lot 7 – Principal Designer Services under CDM Regulations
• Lot 10 – Party Wall Surveyor
• Lot 19 – Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services

This appointment reflects our continued commitment to providing high-quality, expert consultancy across the construction sector, particularly in public sector and social housing projects. The Gen-4 framework will operate for four years until 2029, primarily serving regions including Yorkshire and Humber and the North West.

EN:Procure, part of the Efficiency North group, has appointed the framework consultants to this iteration of the framework, with an emphasis on supporting SMEs and delivering real social, economic and environmental value. We are honoured to be among those selected and look forward to contributing to this ambitious and socially impactful programme.
