NHS Pre-Lease Condition Surveys

Our Building Surveyors carried out Full Condition Surveys together with photographic evidence to support the pre-lease agreements for the office spaces to be sub-let on nine NHS Properties.

The Full Condition Survey work included carrying out inspections of the properties and preparing and providing a pre-occupation schedule supported by the photographs to be used and addended as [part of the new lease agreements, providing photographic evidence of the pre-occupation condition.

We were able to complete all surveys and provide reports of all surveys in the requested short time frame of only a few weeks.
