Limetree Court Disability Children's Home NEC Project Management Services

Limetree Court Children’s Home is a purpose-built respite home located on Bellfield Avenue, Hull providing services for children with disabilities and their families.

The project was funded by Hull City Council and the Department for Education.

MCA were awarded the contract to provide NEC Project Manager services in line with the NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contract between Hull City Council and Ashcourt Construction Limited. Our scope included managing site progress, liaising with main the main contractor and other third parties, notification and assessment of compensation events and arranging/chairing progress meetings to ensure contracted works were carried out and completed in line with the specification, programme and budgetary requirements of the NEC3 contract.
