ERYC Commercial Property AMP Surveys

East Riding of Yorkshire Council contacted MCA to undertake 10 Surveys for their Corporate Annual Maintenance Programme, ERYC provided all the existing information on each property. MCA then undertook the site inspections and produced a detailed report and completion of the AMP spreadsheet for future maintenance costs planning at each of the Depot locations.
