Overview
The Clee Fields redevelopment in Grimsby is a £4 million investment in community sport, including two new 3G artificial pitches and a modern changing facility.
Mason Clark Associates (MCA) was appointed to provide structural engineering services for the new single-storey building, which includes team changing rooms, a café, and management spaces.

Results
The new changing facility was completed in summer 2024 and now serves as a hub for football, rugby, and community activities.
It includes four team changing rooms with underfloor heating, a therapy room, and accessible amenities.
The building complements the new 3G pitches and car park extension, offering a high-quality, inclusive space for local clubs, schools and social initiatives.
