Housing Stock Condition Surveyors

Personnel with building industry experience required.

• Integrity, professionalism and ability to work alone and manage personal workload is vital.
• Basic training will be given, but knowledge of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) would be an advantage. Survey work is conducted on a tablet.
• A self-employed contract can be negotiated providing flexible hours set to suit personal requirements. This would be with monthly target and pay rate per survey.
• Alternatively, in house employment is available with a competitive salary, including professional development and training.

We are a Hull based company but Condition Surveyors can be home based.
