Neil Wilkinson

Neil Wilkinson joined Mason Clark Associates in August 2023, taking on the role of Associate Structural Engineer within our Leeds office. Neil is an internationally experienced Chartered Structural Engineer, with 28 years structural design experience within multi-disciplined practices, and is committed to producing economic, practical and innovative design solutions for the client.

Neil’s particular experience includes:

• Structural design of all buildings.
• The design of tall residential tower blocks up to 25 storeys high.
• The design and coordination of healthcare projects with complex access requirements due to the 24/7 nature of the business.
• Commercially aware and key financial management.
• Effective management/supervisory skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Project planning and reporting deliverables.
• Site inspections to check compliance and construction phase management.
• Structural assessments, inspections, feasibility studies and reporting.
• RAAC Survey Assessment
• RAAC safeguarding solutions
• Undertake CDM designer duties.
• Preparation of tender documentation.
• Monitoring of quality standards.
• Knowledge of highways structures and drainage.
