Poets View private residence

Poets View is a beautifully crafted new private residence sited dramatically on the North Yorkshire Coast. It has a magnificent location overlooking the sea and has been carefully designed to fully exploit the views.

Mason Clark Associates provided full Structural and Civil Engineering design services and acted as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations. Our work included assessment of a delicate spiral stair and design of the slender roof structure.
