Venn Building
This impressive Grade II Listed Building now houses the Hull University corporate Headquarters. The refurbishment scheme centered on DDA improvements and of the main reception, kitchen and office areas and installation of a new lift. Learn more.
Hull Collegiate School
Two existing schools have combined on one site to form the Hull Collegiate school. The scheme is an extension to the existing Grade ii listed building.
We carried out all the structural engineering design on this phased £15m project which included piled foundations, structural steel frame, masonry and structural timber.

Adapting Council and Private Homes
Mason Clark Associates have provided CDMC services for disabled adaptations and property extensions in occupied properties. These works are to both home owners, private tenants and housing association tenants.
These minor works schemes are generally for those who live with a disability and are eligible to receive financial assistance to pay for adaptations.

Premier Inn, Hotel and Multi Storey Carpark
The project consisted of Design and Build Construction of a new Hotel and Multi-storey Car Park situated on Citadel way, adjacent to the river Hull, close to the city centre.
The works included, Demolition of the existing buildings, Archaeological excavations, piled foundations, multi storey steel frame and a new modular construction car park and hotel.
