• March 2008 - The Boom
  Mason Clark Associates are providing CDMC services for the prestigious redevelopment for Pure Urban Ltd. This mixed use £50 million scheme (phase 1) on the east bank of the River Hull corridor includes city-living residential accommodation, office, restaurants, cafes, and a hotel. It will be linked to the city centre by a new, competition winning footbridge. The development has the full backing of Citybuild (Hull’s urban regeneration company), English Partnerships and Kingston upon Hull City Council. .
  
  
• March 2008 - East Riding College - Bridlington
  Mason Clark Associates are providing a full civil & structural design service for East Riding College for this exciting redevelopment of an existing college campus. The project is a £10 million scheme which is part of a £14 million overall investment being made to redevelop the St Mary’s Walk site in Bridlington. The proposed design will have an interesting double curvature plan form divided up by feature walls and is located over infilled ponds, making this a challenging project for both the designers & contractors.
